Coco Loco Tapas Bar & Grill STX is a hidden gem in the heart of town, just off the boardwalk, and offers Latin infused cuisine, and a variety of appetizers. In select bars in Spain, tapas have evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. Guests can order a wide variety of different tapas, and combine them in such a way to make a full meal. In some Central American countries, such snacks are known as "bocas", small bites.
